WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE STOP THE BLEED COURSE

A Stop the Bleed Course is a training program created by former US Army Special Operators and customized to fit the needs of civilians and the threats they face.

The course focuses on teaching individuals how to quickly and effectively control life-threatening bleeding in emergency situations. The course equips participants with the skills to apply tourniquets, pack wounds, and use direct pressure to stop severe bleeding.

It also introduces the MARCH algorithm—Massive Hemorrhage, Airway, Respiration, Circulation, Hypothermia/Head Injury—which is currently used by U.S. Special Operations Forces.

This structured approach ensures that participants prioritize the most critical steps in trauma care, improving the chances of survival in emergencies.
